Terms & Conditions

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and IN999 Official for use of this website and the IN999 Game account you open through Login or Register. If you do not agree, do not create the account. Using the password field is acceptance — there is no separate “I am a lawyer” screen.

2. Eligibility

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are not prohibited by the law of your Indian state from this category of play.
  • The mobile or email is yours. Registering on a friend’s number to hide the habit is still your account, and still your problem when the friend sells the SIM.
  • One person, one account. Duplicate accounts can be closed and bonuses reversed.

3. Login and password

You keep the password. Activity after a successful login is treated as yours unless you reported a theft promptly. We will never ask you to recite the password on a phone call. Sharing the account to “let a tipster play” is a breach.

4. Invite codes

Optional. No one is authorised by these terms to sell you a code as a condition of register. If you were charged for a code, that was a third party — write to Contact; we still need the registered number to look at the account.

5. Money

Balances are in Indian rupees on the platform. Deposits and withdrawals follow the methods shown after login (commonly UPI and bank). Name on the payment instrument should match the account. We can delay a withdrawal while we check fraud. We can reverse credits that came from bonus abuse, stolen cards, or cloned sites.

You understand that play can result in loss of the full balance. There is no credit facility implied. Do not deposit borrowed money.

6. Acceptable use

  • No bots, no scraping the lobby, no attacking login.
  • No harassment of other players or of customer care.
  • No using IN999 to move money that is not yours.
  • No under-18 access, including handing the logged-in phone to a minor for “one spin”.

7. Promotions

Wheels, rupee figures, and “bet boost” banners are offers with their own rules inside the logged-in account. They can end. They are not part of the login contract.

8. Suspension and closure

We may freeze login if we suspect theft, underage use, multi-accounting, or illegal activity. You may ask to close the account via support. Outstanding checks can delay the last withdrawal.

9. Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, IN999 Official is not liable for clone-site losses, network failure, or results of games. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including for fraud on our part). See also the Disclaimer.

10. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top changes. Continued login after a material change is acceptance. If you cannot live with a change, stop depositing and ask to close.
