1. What this policy covers

This page explains what IN999 Official collects when you open the site, log in, or register. It is written for users in India and is intended to sit alongside the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — not to replace legal advice.

2. Data we use for login and register

• Account identifiers: Indian mobile number (+91), email address, password (stored hashed on the platform — we do not email you the password back).
• Optional invite code: only if you type one.
• Support messages: name, email, optional mobile, and the text you send on Contact.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser type, device, approximate region (usually “India”), pages viewed, and timestamps. These exist to stop credential stuffing and clone-site phishing reports.
• Cookies: a session cookie so Login can keep you signed in on a device you ticked “Remember password” on. No advertising pixel maze on this marketing desk.

3. Why we use it

To create the account, let you sign in, reset access when you write to support, keep the lobby attached to one person, and meet record-keeping that a gaming platform reasonably needs (fraud, chargebacks, abuse).

We do not sell your number to loan-app spam lists. We do not ask for Aadhaar on this public website. If the logged-in app later asks for KYC, that request appears inside the authenticated account, not as a Google Form in SMS.

4. Payments and UPI

Deposits and withdrawals (UPI, wallets, bank transfer) happen after login on the platform. Those processors see the payment identifiers you choose to bind. This website’s public forms do not collect UPI PIN, CVV, or OTP. If a page claiming to be IN999 does, it is not us.

5. Sharing

Hosting, email delivery, and security vendors may process data as processors. We share data if Indian law requires it, or if we must defend a claim. We do not hand lists of registered mobiles to “marketing partners” for blast SMS.

6. Retention

Account data stays while the account is open and for a limited period after closure where fraud or accounting rules need a trail. Support tickets are kept long enough to resolve repeats of the same login issue. You can ask for access or correction via [email protected].

7. Your choices under Indian law

Depending on the DPDP Act and how it is notified in practice, you may request access, correction, erasure where it does not break a legal hold, and withdrawal of consent for optional processing. Login cannot work without the identifiers the account is built on. You can also close the account — see Terms.

8. Children

IN999 is 18+. We do not knowingly register a minor. If you believe a child created an account, write to support with the mobile; we will shut it.

9. Security

HTTPS on this domain, hashed passwords, and a rule you should copy: never paste the password into chat. No method is perfect. If you reused the password on another site that leaked, change it here after you finish reading.
